Dan Cappucci Bio
"Martha’s Vineyard has been a recurring family destination of ours for years. The beaches are great, there’s a good variety of restaurants and activities, and everything there just seems to slow down. It’s one of the best places around to truly unplug and recharge with friends and family. A day at South Beach, a twilight round at Farm Neck, and nice dinner out - that’d get my vote for the best day at a favorite vacation spot!"
Dan began his career at Strategic Financial Partners in 2001 working in the Investment and Financial Planning Departments. He and his father, Thomas Cappucci, partnered with Andrew Cleary in 2007 to create SFP Wealth, LLC. Within the team, Dan oversees the Investment and Retirement Plan operations. For Private and Corporate clients alike, Dan employs a common-sense approach to planning, where listening to a clients’ objectives always comes first. Identifying goals and challenges enables Dan and the team to develop thoughtful and actionable plans for clients, which they can understand and successfully implement.
Dan attended Colgate University and graduated in 2002 with a BA in Political Science. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner, holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, and earned the Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses as well as his Life, Accident and Health license.
Dan has lived in Boston since 2002. He spends as much time as he can with his wife, son, daughter and their dog, Sully, on the South Shore. Having played varsity golf through college, Dan continues to compete at the state and national amateur level but is always happy to enjoy a casual round with friends as well. When winter comes, Dan loves to ski, but admittedly never gets out on the slopes as much as he’d like.
