Our Story
SFP Wealth was built on a foundation of friendship, ambition, and drive. In 2007, partners Daniel Cappucci and Andrew Cleary were living in Boston working alongside their fathers. Driven by the vision of creating a company where the voices of families and businesses are truly heard, Dan and Andrew quickly realized that they needed to build something better for their clients. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Dan Cappucci, Tom Cappucci, and Andrew Cleary join forces at Strategic Financial Partners (SFP) with a shared entrepreneurial vision to work as a team and build long term relationships with clients.

The team excitedly welcomes a new staff member.

Baystate Financial purchases Strategic Financial Partners.

2011Moving Day
After many years in Waltham, the team now calls Wellesley, MA home.

Andrew, Dan, and Tom officially rebrand and form SFP Wealth, LLC.

2015Expanding our Retirement Services
SFP Wealth hires our first dedicated relationship manager to oversee and expand our rapidly growing retirement plan business for clients.

From spinning the birthday wheel to pickleball and F1 racing, there has never been a shortage of laughs and fun for this crew.

The SFP Wealth advisory team continues to grow and our small but mighty team is no longer so small!

2022A Vision Becomes Reality
From scribbles in a notebook to hiring a dedicated employee to help launch the new pooled employer plan, the RMS EasyPlan is born.
